On the 26th Pictou Yacht Club will be participating in Make Waves for the IWK fundraiser. We have schedule a pursuit race to start at 2:00 pm. We will have a start time for each boat participating on Saturday, skippers can pick up their start time at the skippers meeting. The skippers meeting will be at 1:00 pm and the race will be approximately 1hr 30 minutes long.
Following the event there will be a Marina Party at the club. Art Coleman and Friends will be playing at the club starting at 6:00 pm. It will be a great way to spend the day on the water, enjoy great entertainment at the club and raise some money for the IWK.
For the sailboats wanting to participate in the “Make Waves for the IWK”, it is never too late to sign up, the more the merrier. Please have anyone else who is interested drop me an email with their name, boat name, email and postal address. Ian Dawson’s email address: email@example.com
